Description:

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of waterproofing projects to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.  

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Responsible for managing waterproofing projects from start to finish.
• Ensure project success by overseeing job schedule, budget, change orders, billing, ect.
• Timely processing of submittals and RFIs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships by being the point of contact.
• Monitor job progress by visiting job sites and attending meetings.
• Collaborate with internal and external project participants to execute work.

Reporting:

• Ensure QA/QC reporting is completed and accurate.
• Complete cost and budget analysis of assigned projects. 
• Track and report on job time, quality, and material costs. 

Other:

• Help to hire, train and review Project Coordinators and Project Assistants. 
• Promote a safe work environment for field personnel. 
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
