Description:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both estimating project costs and managing the overall project. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade to include field, estimating and/or project management experience of service and small project work - Journeyman's or Master's Plumbing License required - Proven experience as an Estimator and/or Project Manager in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations. - Proficient in construction estimating software and tools. - Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost analysis and estimation. - Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate contracts. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in project delivery. - Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure. - Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough cost analysis and prepare accurate estimates for projects, considering factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors. - Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project requirements and potential risks. - Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information and quotes. - Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to select the most cost-effective options without compromising quality. - Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project deadlines. - Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures when possible. - Coordinate with internal teams, such as design, procurement, and construction, to ensure effective project execution. - Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications. - Identify and address project issues and conflicts, proactively seeking solutions to keep projects on track. - Communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and updates.
